Terms of Service
1. Who we are & agreement
InnerSignals is operated by Denis Aptula, trading as "InnerSignals" — a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we"). By using innersignals.me you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. You must be 18 or older
InnerSignals is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.
3. What InnerSignals is — and is NOT
InnerSignals is a self-reflection and entertainment tool. Your reading is a personalised interpretation generated from your answers.
It is NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric or clinical advice; NOT a diagnosis; NOT a substitute for professional help. The "Timing Signature" is a symbolic reflection drawn from the numerology tradition, not a prediction, and has no scientific basis. Do not make important life, health, financial or legal decisions based solely on your reading. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or, in a crisis, your local emergency services.
4. Your account & honest use
You agree to provide honest answers (the reading is only as good as your input), not to misuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or attack the service, and not to use it to harm others.
5. Free beta & vouchers
During the beta, readings may be provided free or via voucher/discount codes. Free/discounted readings are provided "as is," and codes may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must not be resold.
6. Payments
Prices are shown before purchase. Your reading is sold and payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Gumroad, which acts as the seller/merchant of record for the transaction and handles the card payment and any applicable taxes — we never see or store your full card details. If a paid reading fails to generate, we refund it. Because a reading is a personalised digital product delivered immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds once it has been generated, except where required by law (including your statutory rights).
7. Intellectual property
The InnerSignals framework, Signal names, illustrations, questions, report templates and text are our intellectual property. Your personal reading is yours to keep and share; the underlying system is not licensed to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerSignals is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decision you make based on a reading, for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes, termination, law
We may update these Terms (material changes notified where we hold your email). We may suspend accounts that breach them. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (this does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence).
